Background & Experience

I’ve spent the last decade working at the intersection of mental health, wellness, and behavior change—supporting individuals and treatment teams across the country in navigating complex health and recovery journeys.

Through my work in behavioral health consulting within addiction and mental health treatment settings, I’ve gained deep exposure to the patterns and challenges that shape real, lasting change.

Before this, I spent 14 years in the entertainment industry as a producer and casting director, an experience that sharpened my ability to understand people, think strategically, and recognize patterns in behavior.

What I’ve seen over and over again is this: people don’t struggle because they lack information, they struggle because they don’t have the right structure, support, or strategy.

Today, I bring a blend of real-world experience, clinical exposure, and personalized coaching to help clients create meaningful, sustainable change.
